What's Included:
HIIT is a high intensity interval training class that moves you between stations alternating between short bursts of intense exercise with less intense rest periods.
BOX is a fun, high impact workout incorporating boxing techniques combined with body weight exercises designed to burn body fat and increase your cardiovascular fitness.
STRONG is going to help you increase muscle strength, size and performance by learning the techniques and movements for the big compound lifts.
POWER is a total body strength class finishing with a metabolic conditioning workout using AMRAPS and EMOMS. This workout will get your heart pumping and lungs burning.
ENDURANCE is all about expanding your aerobic capacity. Training your body to use oxygen more efficiently, boosting your cardiovascular fitness. This leads to increased stamina, improved heart rate, and the ability to be active for longer periods of time.
This class is for both boys and girls aged 8-12 years, all abilities welcome. FITKIDZ is designed to strenghen the mind and improve life skills such as determination, grit, confidence and motivation. Classes during school term only.
